What you get today

The client that runs on your machine is free forever. Hosted verified links are free while we're in beta.

When paid plans arrive, teams pay per person on the team, and the app on each machine stays free. We'll agree the terms with the first teams before anyone pays.

Join during the beta and you keep the best terms we ever offerwhen that happens. We'll settle the exact details when pricing is ready, but the promise holds now: nothing changes without notice and a way to export your data first.

No cap on how many links you create during the beta.

A link has no expiry date. It stays live until you revoke it from your dashboard, and revoking is immediate: the page stops showing your hours right away and instead tells the viewer the link was withdrawn.

The only things that sync to us are signed 10-minute summaries and the scoring rules behind them. Raw activity, meaning window titles and keystroke counts, never leaves your device, and the app takes no screenshots of any kind. See exactly what syncs, in the source.

Ask us to delete your account and we remove your synced summaries and links: privacy@pivotalpoint.io. The local data on your machine is yours and stays there either way.

There's no uptime guarantee yet, and features will change as we learn.

Before any breaking change, and before pricing starts to apply to you, we'll give you notice and a way to export your data. No surprises.

The client runs on macOS today, signed and notarized. That's the path we recommend.

Windows builds ship with every release too, but they're not yet code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen shows an unknown-publisher warning. That's it doing its job on an unsigned installer, not a sign of anything wrong, and Windows signing is in progress. Until then, verify a download through its build provenance or build it yourself.
