Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These terms govern your use of tenby10, provided by PivotalPoint OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. By using tenby10 you agree to them.

1. The service

tenby10 is a source-available desktop app and cloud service that turns your local, signed activity ledger into a shareable link proving your worked hours — without sharing your screen.

2. Licence

The desktop client is source-available under the PivotalPoint Source-Available License (PPSAL-1.0): you may read, build, run, modify, and audit it for any non-competing purpose. The source and its licence are published in our public repository. The tenby10 name, logo, and the hosted cloud service remain the property of PivotalPoint OÜ.

3. What tenby10 does and doesn't promise

tenby10 makes hours tamper-evident, not tamper-proof. It raises the cost of faking work above the cost of doing it — a trust level comparable to a screenshot, and no more. It is not a guarantee against all fraud, and it is not legal, accounting, or professional advice. You are responsible for the links you create and how you use them.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misrepresent your hours or anyone else's work, attempt to forge or tamper with verification, disrupt or misuse the service, or infringe others' rights.

5. Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties, and may change or be interrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PivotalPoint OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of tenby10.

6. Termination & changes

We may suspend or remove access for breach of these terms, and may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Contact: support@pivotalpoint.io. PivotalPoint OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia.
