For clients and agencies

Verify a freelancer's hours.
No account. No spyware.

When a freelancer sends you a tenby10 link, you can confirm the hours they billed are real, cryptographically, without installing anything or ever seeing their screen.

Open a live sample

This is exactly what your freelancer would send you. Nothing to install, and no account needed to read it.

What the link proves

  1. 01

    The hours are real

Each hour is cryptographically signed and hash-chained on the freelancer’s machine. Editing an hour after the fact breaks the chain, and the link shows as failed.

  2. 02

    You never see their screen

No screenshots, no keystrokes, no window contents ever reach you or tenby10. You get signed hour totals and a plain-language summary, not a recording of a private screen.

  3. 03

    Anyone can check it

The software that produces the proof is source-available and independently auditable. You don’t have to take our word for it, or the freelancer’s.

To be precise: the proof attests that these activity records were signed at the time on the freelancer's enrolled device and have not been altered since. Not that a specific person performed the work, and not that the software producing them was unmodified. It replaces forgeable screenshots and timesheets, not your judgment.

Ask a freelancer for verified hours

Most freelancers have never been asked for this. Send them the wording below and they can be set up the same day.

Hi [name],

Going forward, could you send your billable hours through tenby10? It gives me a link where I can verify the hours you billed are real — cryptographically — without any screenshots or tracking of your screen.

It's free for you to set up: https://tenby10.pivotalpoint.io

Thanks!
