For agencies
The client you invoice opens one link and checks the hours are real. No screenshots exist, and nobody has to watch anyone.

Built the core ingestion endpoints and refactored the ledger validation.
Wrote unit tests for signature verification and reviewed two pull requests.
Traced a rounding bug in the invoice totals and fixed day-boundary handling.
This is what your client opens.
You bill your client for contractor hours. They want evidence. A screenshot tracker buys it, and hands you three new problems.
Data you must defend
Raw captures from your contractors’ machines. You store them. You secure them. You answer for them.
Someone has to look
Screenshots prove nothing until a person reviews them. That review becomes part of a job.
Your best people leave
Contractors read screen capture as distrust. The good ones have other offers.
tenby10 gives you the evidence without any of the three.
Every ten minutes is signed on the contractor's machine as it happens, then counter-signed by us. Rewrite any of it later and the link shows as invalid. There is no capture code in the agent, so there is nothing to review and nothing to leak.
The agent that runs on a contractor's machine is source-available (PPSAL-1.0). Every privacy claim on this page maps to the line of code that proves it. Read it, or point your own AI at it.
The verified number is a floor, not a verdict. Meetings count, reading and scrolling count, and short pauses are forgiven. Time below the bar is shown plainly and never labelled “not working”. What you pay stays your contract’s decision, not the tool’s.
Counts, categories, and cryptographic fingerprints. No screenshots exist anywhere in the system. Keystrokes are counted, never read. Window titles never reach tenby10 or you, and there is no browser integration, so no URLs.
The record is the audit trail, and it binds everyone. Nobody can rewrite it after the fact, including us and including you. Edit anything and the link shows as invalid. For work the machine can’t see, like a phone call, the contractor’s own note sits beside the verified number and is never blended into it.
We onboard the first agencies by hand, so this goes straight to us.
